Welcome to the Veia Gelgia - Surses hiking route!

Located in the beautiful Surses region, this moderate 5.335 km out-and-back trail offers stunning views and a moderate level of difficulty with an elevation gain of 74 meters.

As you begin your journey, you'll come across a convenient parking area right at the trailhead. Be sure to grab any last-minute supplies you may need from the nearby "Ustareia agl Lai Murmarera" restaurant, just a short distance from the start.

Around 2.67 km into the hike, you'll reach a picturesque viewpoint where you can take in the breathtaking scenery of the surrounding area. Further along the trail at 2.56 km, you'll pass by the peak known as "Tgarnet", offering a great spot to rest and enjoy the panoramic views.

At around 0.24 km from the start, you'll find the "Staudamm Marmorera" information point, providing interesting insights into the area's history and landmarks.
