Welcome to the Taschengrubenweg hiking route!

This easy out-and-back trail spans a distance of 2.17 kilometers with an elevation gain of 37 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all levels. The total duration of the hike is approximately 35 minutes and 41 seconds.

The trail begins at Parkplatz Helmsberg, where you can park your car before embarking on your adventure. As you start your hike, you will come across a Wanderkarte information point, providing you with essential details about the trail ahead.

As you make your way along the path, you will encounter various points of interest. Midway through the hike, you will find Burggrafenrast, a scenic picnic site where you can take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Continuing on, you will pass by a bench at Tafel 7 of the Naturkundlicher Wanderweg Mörlenbach, offering a resting spot with a view. Further along the trail, you will reach Tafel 6 of the same nature path, providing you with informative details about the local flora and fauna.

Near the end of the hike, you will reach the peak known as Bismarkskopf, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, you will come across a wayside cross, adding a touch of history to your hiking experience.

As you approach the end of the trail, be sure to visit the spring located nearby, offering refreshing water to replenish your energy.
