Welcome to the Camorza hiking route, a challenging 9.268-kilometer circular trail that offers stunning views and exciting points of interest along the way. The trail is located in a beautiful area with lush greenery and diverse landscapes.
As you start your hike, you will come across a convenient parking area, perfect for leaving your vehicle before hitting the trail. About 2.17 kilometers into the hike, you will find Fuente de la Barrera, a refreshing drinking water spot where you can refill your water bottles and take a short break.
Continuing on, at around 3.6 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a peak with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. This is a great spot to take some photos and soak in the beauty of the landscape.
As you approach the halfway point of the hike, you will encounter Fuente la Borriqueña, a natural spring where you can replenish your water supply and rest for a bit before continuing on.
Around 4.53 kilometers into the hike, you will find another peak with impressive views, offering a perfect opportunity to admire the scenery and appreciate the natural beauty that surrounds you.
Please note that there are a couple of waterfalls, Chorrera de Rovellanos and two unnamed waterfalls, that are not directly on the trail but are worth exploring if you have the time and energy to venture off the main path.
With an elevation gain of 324 meters, this hike is considered difficult and is best suited for experienced hikers. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and sunscreen, and wear sturdy hiking shoes. It's also a good idea to check the weather forecast before embarking on the hike to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
