This hiking route takes you to Monte Zugna, offering stunning views and historic ruins along the way. Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by the parking area and the restaurant La Svolta, where you can grab a meal before or after your hike. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across the ruins of Impluvio, the Ex comando a.u., the Ex ospedale mil., and several other historic sites that add to the allure of the journey.

About midway through the hike, you will find a drinking water station for a quick refill, and a bench to rest and take in the scenery. As you continue towards Monte Zugna, you'll also encounter a viewpoint at Osservatorio, allowing you to admire the surrounding landscapes.

The trail culminates at Monte Zugna, a natural peak with breathtaking panoramic views. The total distance of this out-and-back route is approximately 13.972 kilometers, with an elevation gain of 1243 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike that requires proper preparation and physical fitness.
