This hiking route will take you to the stunning Pizzo di Nara area, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. The trail spans 7.39 kilometers with an elevation gain of 667 meters, making it a challenging yet rewarding hike.

As you begin your journey, you will come across a fresh water source just 0.1 kilometers from the start, allowing you to refill your water bottles and stay hydrated. Approximately 2.46 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter another drinking water station, perfect for a quick rest and refreshment.

At around 2.62 kilometers from the start, you will find a picturesque wayside cross known as Croce del Mottarone, offering a glimpse into the area's historic significance. Continuing on, at 3.7 kilometers, the trail leads you to the majestic peak of Pizzo di Nara, where you can marvel at the panoramic views before heading back.

For your convenience, a parking area is located right at the trailhead, ensuring easy access to the start point of the hike. Remember to pack enough water and snacks for the journey, as well as check the weather forecast before setting off. This difficult but rewarding out-and-back hike is a great way to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Pizzo di Nara area.
