This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Gazteluzarra. The hike is a super easy one, with a total distance of 1.773 kilometers and an elevation gain of 70 meters, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across the ruins of Belateko gotorlekua / Fuerte de Belate, which are located just 0.87 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along the way, at the midway point, you will find drinking water available at a distance of 0.24 kilometers from the start.

One of the highlights of the hike is reaching the peak of Gazteluzarra, located 0.89 kilometers from the start. From this vantage point, you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the surrounding natural landscape. Nearby, you will also encounter the peak of Mendiborobil.

Throughout the hike, you will come across various points of interest, such as parking areas, information points about the area, and the Turbera de Belate, a unique marshland ecosystem.
