Welcome to the Wiesenweg hiking route! This easy out-and-back trail spans a distance of 2.22 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it perfect for hikers of all skill levels.

The trailhead starts at Gasthaus Hohenkendl, where you can park your vehicle before beginning your journey. As you set off, you'll come across Hohenkendl restaurant, where you can grab a bite to eat or refuel with a cold beverage.

Along the way, you'll encounter several points of interest. About 0.03 kilometers from the start, you'll find a shelter called Schwendt Hohenkendl, providing a great spot to rest and take in the surrounding nature. Additionally, there are water sources at 1.02 and 1.11 kilometers from the trailhead, offering a chance to refill your water bottle.

It's important to note that there is a BBQ spot about 0.32 kilometers from the start, perfect for a picnic or a quick snack break. However, this spot is slightly off the trail, so plan accordingly if you want to visit it.
