This extremely difficult hiking route takes you to the stunning area of Piz Alv. The trail spans a distance of 16.733 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1196 meters, making it a challenging but rewarding journey that will take approximately 6 hours and 51 minutes to complete.
As you embark on this adventure, you will encounter several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find "San Carlo," a tourist information point located just 0.03 kilometers from the start. Further along, at 2.9 kilometers from the start, you will come across "Lago Scuro," a serene water body that is perfect for a picturesque stop.
Continuing on, at 3.17 kilometers from the start, you will reach another water point known as "Lago Scuro." Additionally, at 5.7 kilometers from the start, you will find the "Capanna Cadlimo" alpine hut, offering a cozy rest spot for hikers.
Throughout the hike, it is important to stay hydrated, so be sure to carry an ample water supply. Additionally, due to the challenging nature of the trail, it is recommended to check the weather forecast before setting out and to wear appropriate hiking gear.
