This moderate hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning viewpoints and convenient facilities along the way.

Starting at the parking area, you'll begin your journey on the trail and quickly come across a bench just 1 kilometer into the hike. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings. As you continue on, you'll reach the Brunnengrat viewpoint at 2.24 kilometers from the start. This is a must-see spot with panoramic views that are worth the climb.

Along the trail, you'll also find several benches for resting and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. A memorial sits at 1.06 kilometers from the start, providing a moment of reflection during your hike. Make sure to visit the Schild viewpoint at 2.95 kilometers, offering a picturesque vantage point to capture the beauty of the area.

Although there are a couple of benches that are a bit off the trail, the majority of the points of interest are easily accessible and add to the overall experience of the hike.

This out-and-back route covers a distance of 5.904 kilometers with an elevation gain of 252 meters. It will take approximately 2 hours to complete.
