This hiking route takes you to the beautiful Motta d'Aurelio area, offering stunning views and a relatively easy hiking experience. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 4.345 kilometers and an elevation gain of 181 meters.

As you start your hike, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find parking facilities available at Piazza Gaudenzio Fantoli, where you can leave your vehicle before starting the hike.

As you continue on the trail, about halfway through, you will reach the peak of Motta d'Aurelio, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Nearby, you will also find a wayside cross, adding a touch of historic charm to the area.

On your way back, you can stop by the fountain named 'I Féntitt' to refill your water bottles and appreciate the artwork scattered along the trail, including 'Madonna del Sangue di Re' and 'Ecce Homo.'
