This extremely difficult 16.624-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through a challenging and rewarding terrain in the area of Piazza Bellanti. The hike includes an elevation gain of 850 meters, so be prepared for a strenuous journey that will take approximately 5 hours and 58 minutes to complete.
Starting at the trailhead, you'll first encounter the picturesque Lago di Sefro, located just 0.42 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This serene lake provides a peaceful spot to rest and enjoy the surrounding nature. As you continue, at just 0.49 kilometers from the start, you'll come across a convenient parking area for those arriving by car.
Midway through the hike, at 4.18 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Passo Semegna, a scenic saddle offering stunning views of the landscape.
