Welcome to the Chemin des Soldats hiking route! This moderate 6.064-kilometer out-and-back trail offers a beautiful trek through nature with an elevation gain of 265 meters.

Starting at the parking area, you will embark on your journey through the lush surroundings. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a wilderness hut called Abri de l'arbre de la Liberté where you can take a break and enjoy the serene atmosphere.

As you continue on, you will pass by a water feature approximately 1.9 kilometers from the start, providing a refreshing sight and a chance to rest. Further along, you will encounter a viewpoint named Point de Vue Fernand Dolmaire at around 0.59 kilometers from the start, offering stunning vistas of the landscape.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across several benches for you to take a moment to relax and soak in the surroundings. Additionally, informative signposts are placed along the trail, such as the Circuit de découverte Galiléo, providing insights into the area's history and nature.

Near the end of the trail, approximately 3.03 kilometers from the start, you will reach a peak, a perfect spot to admire the panoramic views before heading back. As you make your way back, take time to visit the memorial and boundary stones, adding a touch of historic significance to your hiking experience.
