Starting at the parking area at the trailhead, you'll begin your journey with a short walk to the first point of interest, a drinking water station located just 0.11 kilometers from the start. Make sure to fill up your water bottle here before continuing on.

As you hike further, at around 1.09 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the peak known as Le Petit Hohneck. This is a great spot to take in panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Nearby, there is also a takeoff spot for free flying enthusiasts, offering a unique perspective of the area.

Along the way, you'll come across informative signs and benches where you can take a break and learn more about the region. There is even a restaurant, Ferme Auberge du Gaschney, approximately 0.22 kilometers from the start, where you can stop for a meal if needed.

At the end of the route, you'll find a spring called Brunnen located 0.92 kilometers from the start, a perfect place to refresh and relax before heading back.
