The Bernhardtweg hiking route is a super easy trail that spans a distance of 1.864 kilometers with an elevation gain of 72 meters. The trail features various points of interest that hikers can explore along the way.
Starting at the trailhead, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the route. As you continue onwards, you will also find another parking area a short distance away. Around 0.09 kilometers into the hike, there is an information center where you can learn more about the area.
Further along the trail, at around 0.06 kilometers, you will spot a bench where you can take a rest and enjoy the surroundings. Close by, there is another information point at 0.49 kilometers into the hike. Around 0.54 kilometers, you will encounter another information spot with valuable insights.
Towards the end of the trail, at 0.93 kilometers, you will find the Butterberg peak, although it is slightly off the main path. There is also a rock formation nearby worth exploring. If you venture a bit off the trail, at 0.78 kilometers, you will discover a stunning viewpoint to admire the scenery.
