Schibenstoll

Welcome to the Schibenstoll hiking route! This challenging 9.326-kilometer out-and-back trail will lead you to the majestic peak of Schibenstoll, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your ascent towards the peak. Along the way, you will pass by several points of interest. About 0.8 kilometers from the start, you will find the cozy Zinggen Pub, a perfect spot to grab a bite to eat or quench your thirst.

As you continue on, you will come across the informative Selamatt center and the Schweizer Familie Feuerstelle picnic site. These are great places to take a break and learn more about the area. Further ahead, at around 2.72 kilometers from the start, you will find a drinking water station to refill your bottles.

One of the highlights of the hike is reaching the Schibenstoll peak, located at 4.66 kilometers from the start. Take your time to soak in the panoramic views before retracing your steps back to the starting point.
