Located in the picturesque Les Soupiats area, this challenging out-and-back hiking route spans a distance of 11.7 kilometers and features an elevation gain of 337 meters. The estimated duration for completing this trail is approximately 3 hours and 33 minutes.

As you embark on your journey, you will first encounter the serene Pré du l'Haut, a beautiful natural spot just 0.01 kilometers from the trail start. Continuing onwards, you will come across the Pré de l'Haut parking area, conveniently located at the beginning of the trail.

Around the midway point of the hike, at 5.85 kilometers from the start, you will find two water sources, providing a refreshing break amidst the rugged terrain. It is advisable to fill up your water bottles here to stay hydrated for the rest of the journey.

For more experienced hikers seeking an additional challenge, two peaks are located slightly off the trail at distances of 5.16 and 4.99 kilometers from the start, respectively. These peaks offer panoramic views but require some off-trail exploration.

Given the length and elevation of the route, this hike is classified as difficult and is recommended for seasoned hikers. Make sure to pack plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear. Checking the weather forecast before setting out is also advisable to ensure a safe and enjoyable trek.
