This hiking route in the area of Babio offers a challenging yet rewarding trek through beautiful natural landscapes. The 9.35-kilometer circular route has an elevation gain of 327 meters, making it a difficult hike that is best suited for experienced hikers.

As you begin your journey, you will come across a convenient parking area at the trailhead. About 0.27 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter the historic Mesa de juntas monument, adding a cultural touch to your outdoor adventure. Further along the trail, at around 1.61 kilometers, you will find a drinking water station where you can refill your bottles and stay hydrated.

Midway through the hike, at 4.48 kilometers, you will reach the Babio peak, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. This is a great spot to take a break, snap some photos, and appreciate the natural beauty around you.
