This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of 2A Schmalzensteig. The total distance of the route is 4.548 kilometers with an elevation gain of 175 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you begin your journey, you will come across "Schwaiger Böden" parking area, located right at the start of the trail. This is a convenient spot to park your vehicle before starting the hike.

Further along the trail, at around 0.25 kilometers from the start, you will find a drinking water source, allowing you to refill your water bottle and stay hydrated throughout the hike.

At 1.12 kilometers from the start, you will reach a viewpoint called "Talblick", where you can take a moment to enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding area.

Around midway through the hike, at 2.27 kilometers from the start, you will encounter "Schutzhütte Kreuzwiesen Alm", an alpine hut where you can rest and enjoy some refreshments. This is a great place to take a break before continuing on the trail.
