Located in the stunning Italian Dolomites, this hiking route will take you to the picturesque Lago di Braies. The trail is an out-and-back type, spanning a total distance of 2.259 kilometers with an elevation gain of 35 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will pass by a convenient parking area where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the trail. Around 0.12 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across a charming bar where you can grab a refreshing drink or snack to fuel your adventure.

Continuing along the trail, at around 0.73 kilometers, you'll spot an information point providing insights into the surroundings. As you approach the midway point at 1.13 kilometers, be sure to pause at the breathtaking viewpoint overlooking Lago di Braies, a sight not to be missed.

Along the way, you'll find several benches where you can take a break and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. At the end of the trail, nestled by the shimmering waters of Lago di Braies, you can explore the area further or relax at the Hotel Pragser Wildsee.
