Starting at the trailhead, hikers will first come across the Termálny prameň Kalameny, a natural thermal spring just 0.04 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to fill up your water bottle before continuing on the trail.

As you make your way further along the route, you'll encounter the Kalameny parking area around the 0.0 kilometer mark. This is a convenient place to leave your vehicle if driving to the trailhead. Continuing on, you'll pass by the Kalameny information center located 0.03 kilometers from the start, where you can learn more about the area's history and geology.

About 1.26 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach the Sedlo pod Kráľovou, a picturesque saddle with stunning views of the surroundings. This is a great spot to take a break and soak in the scenery before continuing on your journey.

Throughout the hike, you'll also encounter several water sources, including the Medokýš spring, various benches for resting, and informational points about the region's attractions. At the turnaround point of the hike, located around 3.77 kilometers from the start, hikers will find the Termálne kúpalisko Kalameny, a thermal swimming pool perfect for relaxing tired muscles after the challenging trek.
