Hiking : La Joux de la Tête

This challenging hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of La Joux de la Tête. The trail has a total distance of 9.24 kilometers and an elevation gain of 832 meters, so be prepared for a tough trek.

Starting from the parking area at the beginning of the trail, you will pass by a fountain just 0.03 kilometers into the hike. Make sure to fill up your water bottle here before continuing on. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across the wayside cross, located 0.5 kilometers from the start. Take a moment to appreciate the historic significance of this landmark.

Further along the route, at 4.2 kilometers from the start, you will reach Pointe des Bouts, a peak with stunning views. This is a great spot to take a break and soak in the surrounding scenery. Continuing on, at 4.42 kilometers, you will come to another peak, offering more breathtaking views of the area.

Midway through the hike, at 4.62 kilometers from the start, you will pass by La Joux de la Tête, another peak worth exploring. Take your time to enjoy the serenity of this place before heading back.
