This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Sentier du tour du Châtillon. The trail is 4.095 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 67 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels. The estimated duration for this hike is 1 hour and 6 minutes.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area where you can safely leave your vehicle. About 0.17 kilometers into the hike, you will pass by Ferreyres, an information point that may provide some insights into the area.

Approximately 0.6 kilometers from the start, there is a water spot ideal for refilling your water bottles. At 1.41 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Refuge du Chêne-Rond shelter, a great place to rest and enjoy a snack. As you continue on, at 1.65 kilometers, you will reach a viewpoint where you can take in stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Around the midway point of the hike, at 1.99 kilometers, there is another viewpoint that offers a different perspective of the area. Towards the end of the trail, at 1.65 kilometers, there is a picnic site where you can stop for a break before completing the loop.
