Welcome to the hiking route to Steinberg! This scenic trail offers a 6.66 kilometers journey through beautiful natural surroundings with an elevation gain of 213 meters, making it a moderate hike. Make sure to bring plenty of water and check the weather forecast before setting off.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your hike towards Mönchstein, a peak located 1.56 kilometers from the start. Enjoy the panoramic views from this vantage point before continuing on the trail. Along the way, you will pass by Steinberg, another peak approximately 3.15 kilometers into the hike.

As you trek through the route, you will also come across water features such as the natural water sources located 2.07 and 2.16 kilometers from the start. These spots are perfect for a quick rest and rehydration before continuing your hike.

Throughout the route, you will find benches and picnic sites to take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Information points provide insights into the local landmarks and history of the area.

At the end of the hike, you can visit the Waldpension - Obere Mühle restaurant located 2.16 kilometers from the start to refuel and relax after your adventure.
