Welcome to the Sandweg hiking route in the beautiful area of Schwarzwald (Black Forest). This Super easy trail is approximately 1.068 kilometers long with no elevation gain, making it perfect for hikers of all levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across the Lotharpfad, a popular attraction just 0.02 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This informative trail provides insights into the local flora and fauna. Along the way, you'll find a picnic site at 0.02 kilometers and a historic boundary stone at 0.28 kilometers.

Further into the hike, at 0.32 kilometers, you'll reach a viewpoint where you can take in stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Be sure to stop and rest at the bench at 0.52 kilometers before continuing on.

For a bit of history, make a visit to the Haferrütterank at 0.53 kilometers, where you can learn about the region's heritage. As you approach the end of the trail, you'll find another viewpoint at 0.53 kilometers to capture the beauty of the Black Forest.
