This hiking route follows the Camino de Monte Perido, offering a challenging yet rewarding trek through stunning natural landscapes. With a total distance of 31.088 kilometers and an elevation gain of 2872 meters, this route is classified as extremely difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.
The hike begins at a parking area just 0.07 kilometers from the trailhead. As you make your way along the trail, you will encounter various points of interest. Approximately 15.54 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across the Pequeño Lago Helado, a beautiful frozen lake, perfect for a rest stop and some scenic views.
Further along the trail, at 5.9 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Collado de Anisclo, a saddle offering panoramic views of the surrounding area. As you continue, you'll pass by informational points and natural landmarks such as Collado Superior de Goriz and Punta del Valle.
