This hiking route, known as Sentiero delle cascate, offers a moderate challenge with a distance of 6.145 kilometers and an elevation gain of 425 meters. The trail is a circular route located in a picturesque area with stunning waterfalls and lush greenery.
As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area at Fontanin al Coler where you can leave your vehicle before beginning your adventure. Along the trail, there are several points of interest to explore. About 0.38 kilometers from the start, you will find Al Fontanin, a charming restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat.
Continuing on, at approximately 1.7 kilometers from the start, Malga Stablasolo awaits with not only a restaurant but also an alpine hut for overnight accommodation. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the views before tackling the rest of the trail.
As you reach the midway point of the hike at 3.0 kilometers from the start, Doss dela Cross offers a shelter where you can rest and refuel. Along the trail, you will also find drinking water sources and picnic sites for your convenience.
