This hiking route takes you through the beautiful scenery of the Steiner Alm area. The 6.4 kilometers long trail offers a moderate level of difficulty with 277 meters of elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of various skill levels.

Starting at the parking area, you will make your way towards the trailhead. Along the way, you will pass by points of interest such as the Seekapelle, Gasthof Waldesruh restaurant, and Obernberger See. These spots offer a chance to take a break, grab a bite to eat, or simply enjoy the surroundings.

As you continue on the trail, you will come across benches and information points scattered along the path, providing you with rest stops and interesting facts about the area. You will also encounter the ehem. GH Obernbergsee restaurant, perfect for a meal with a view.

The midway point of the hike leads you to the Steiner Alm, an alpine hut where you can relax and soak in the breathtaking views. From there, you can choose to either rest and enjoy the scenery or head back the way you came, taking in the sights once again.
