The Wallace Trail is a picturesque hiking route located in a beautiful area with lush greenery and stunning views. The trail is an out-and-back type, starting at Carpark B. Make sure to bring plenty of water with you before setting out on this adventure.
As you begin your hike, you'll pass by the Wallace Information Centre, where you can gather some interesting insights about the area. Further along the trail, you'll come across the Dairy Farm Heavy Vehicle Parking area, which is a good spot to take a rest if needed.
As you continue on, you'll encounter the Silo Ruins, offering a glimpse into the history of the area. The trail also passes by several other points of interest such as the Ruins, Former Power Station, Dairy Farm Ruins, and various shelters for a quick break.
Be sure to keep an eye out for the Path not passable (fenced off) sign to avoid any obstacles. Along the way, you can also find drinking water stations to refill your bottles.
The trail culminates at a viewpoint where you can take in sweeping panoramic views of the surroundings before making your way back to the starting point. The total distance of the trail is 1.532 kilometers with no significant elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels of experience.
