This hiking route is located in a beautiful area with stunning views and historical landmarks. The trail is super easy, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

You will start your journey at the Waldparkplatz parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the 1.014-kilometer circular route. As you begin your hike, you will come across the Mühlsteinberg viewpoint, offering a picturesque panorama of the surrounding landscape.

Continuing on the trail, you will pass by the Mühlsteinberg rock formation, adding a touch of natural beauty to your hike. Further along, you will encounter the historic Karlsfried castle, a perfect spot to take in some history and enjoy the majestic architecture.

For a rest or a snack, there is a picnic site and shelter at the Karlsfried castle, allowing you to recharge before continuing your journey. As you make your way back, you will find a bench where you can take a moment to relax and appreciate the tranquility of the area.

Near the end of the trail, you will pass by the Heideturm peak, providing a scenic overlook of the region. Finally, you will return to the starting point, where you can reflect on the beauty and serenity of your hike.
