This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Grüner Hund. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 5.269 kilometers and an elevation gain of 108 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.
As you start your journey, you will come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Mühlsteinberg rock formation and the Mühlsteinberg viewpoint, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Further along, you will pass by Karlsfried Castle and the Heideturm peak.
Midway through the hike, you will encounter the Südlicher Uhustein and Nördlicher Uhustein peaks, as well as the Thielknopf peak. These peaks offer great opportunities for climbing enthusiasts to test their skills.
