Welcome to the Route du Salève! This hiking route offers a moderate challenge with a distance of 5.088 kilometers and an elevation gain of 403 meters. Make sure to bring plenty of water and check the weather forecast before you set off.

Starting at the trailhead, you will find convenient parking areas nearby to leave your vehicle before starting your adventure. As you make your way along the trail, you will encounter several points of interest. At around 2.54 kilometers into the hike, you will come across the Virage du Plan, where you can take a break and enjoy the scenic views.

Continuing on, about the same distance away, you'll reach a viewpoint where you can take in the breathtaking scenery. Along the trail, there are also information points to enrich your hiking experience.

As this route is an out-and-back type, you will retrace your steps on the way back to the starting point. Be sure to pace yourself and take rests when needed. Enjoy your hike on the Route du Salève!
