This hike takes place in a beautiful area near Lago di Tovel. The trail is a super easy out-and-back route with a total distance of 1.565 kilometers and no elevation gain.
As you start your journey, you will encounter some points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will pass by Casa del Parco Lago Rosso, a tourist information center. Further along, you will find the Albergo Lago Rosso restaurant, where you can grab a bite to eat.
About 0.1 kilometers from the start, you will come across a drinking water point to refill your water bottles. As you continue, you will reach Lago di Tovel, a stunning natural water feature located 0.42 kilometers from the start.
At around 0.78 kilometers from the start, you will find a viewpoint offering breathtaking views of the surroundings. Nearby, there is also Sorgente Roccione, a natural spring, and a picnic site for a relaxing break.
