This hiking route will take you through the beautiful Cima di Cece area, offering stunning views and challenging terrain. The trail is circular, starting and ending at the parking area, where you can leave your car and begin your adventure.
As you make your way along the path, you will encounter several points of interest. About 3.62 kilometers from the start, you'll come across Forcella di Valmaggiore, a saddle with incredible views of the surrounding landscape. Not too far from there, at 2.34 kilometers from the start, you'll find Laghet, a refreshing water source where you can refill your bottles.
Further along the trail, you'll reach the peak of Cima di Cece at the 6.03-kilometer mark. From this vantage point, you'll be able to see for miles around. Nearby, at 4.71 kilometers from the start, you can spot the majestic Campanile di Cece.
For those looking to take a breather or enjoy a meal, the Agritur Malga Valmaggiore is located right along the trail, about 0.0 kilometers from the start. This alpine hut also serves as a restaurant, offering a convenient stop for hikers.
