Hiking : Malga Lavazzè

Welcome to the hiking route starting at Malga Lavazzè and leading back to the same point. This circular route offers breathtaking views of the surrounding alpine landscape.

As you begin your hike, you will pass by the Neue Post restaurant located right at the start. Make sure to bring some snacks or have a meal here before setting off on your adventure. Just a short distance away, you will also find parking facilities for your convenience.

The trail will lead you through some challenging terrain, with an elevation gain of 861 meters over a distance of approximately 18 kilometers. Along the way, you will come across Maso Bernardi, a wilderness hut where you can take a break and enjoy the stunning views.

After continuing on the trail, you will reach Fresnapass - Passo Fresna, a saddle point offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Make sure to stop here and take some photos to capture the beauty of the area.

As you make your way back towards Malga Lavazzè, you will find several drinking water stations along the trail to keep you hydrated. Additionally, benches are available for you to rest and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Before embarking on this hike, be sure to check the weather forecast and pack plenty of water and snacks. The difficulty of this hike is moderate to challenging due to the length and elevation gain, so make sure to wear sturdy hiking shoes and pace yourself accordingly.
