This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area of Wald-Wild-Schongebiet. The trail starts at Soilach parking area. As you begin your hike, you will come across the Soilach memorial, a historic site that marks the beginning of your journey.

Continuing on, you will pass by a bench and a wayside shrine, perfect for a quick rest and reflection. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach a saddle where you can take in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Be sure to fill up your water bottle at the spring nearby before continuing on.

As you hike further, you will reach a drinking water station to replenish your supplies. Around the 4-kilometer mark, you will come across a viewpoint that offers stunning panoramic views of the area. Another 3 kilometers ahead, you will reach a peak with breathtaking vistas.

Along the way, you will also find informational signs providing insights into the local flora and fauna. Make sure to stop and appreciate these educational opportunities.

With a total distance of 8.1 kilometers and an elevation gain of 500 meters, this hike is of moderate difficulty. Be sure to bring enough water, snacks, and proper hiking gear. Check the weather forecast before setting out to ensure a safe and enjoyable hike.
