This challenging hiking route will take you to the stunning Pic de Norís in the beautiful area of Andorra. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 6.299 kilometers and an elevation gain of 810 meters, making it a difficult trek that is suitable for experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you will pass by the lovely Estany d'Aixeus at 1.6 kilometers from the beginning, where you can enjoy the picturesque views of the water. Continuing on, at 1.5 kilometers from the start, you will find another refreshing water point. Be sure to fill up your water bottles at these spots as there are no water sources along the trail.
Along the way, you will come across the Aparcament d'Aixeus parking area, which is conveniently located right at the beginning of the trail. This is a good spot to leave your vehicle before starting the hike.
About halfway through the route, at 2.45 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the peak known as lo Sentinella. This is a great place to take a break and soak in the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
Before reaching the destination, at 3.15 kilometers from the beginning, you will reach a saddle point offering a unique perspective of the landscape. Finally, at the same distance from the start, you will arrive at the magnificent Pic de Norís, where you can revel in a sense of accomplishment and enjoy the breathtaking vistas from the summit.
