Starting at the trailhead, you'll come across the parking area at the very beginning of the route, making it convenient for hikers to park their vehicles. As you make your way along the trail, you'll pass by the ruins of Castell de Prats de Balaguer around the 0.53 kilometer mark, adding a historical touch to your journey.

Further along the path, at the 0.13 kilometer mark, you'll encounter La Font, a natural spring where you can take a refreshing break and refill your water bottles. Continuing on, at the 1.28 kilometer mark, you'll find Font d'en Carbo, another natural spring to rest and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Midway through the hike, at the 2.84 kilometer mark, you'll reach Réservoir d'Aumet, a picturesque location where you can take in the breathtaking views and maybe even have a picnic. Nearby, you'll also come across a shelter at the same point for additional rest and relaxation.

Before heading back, at the 0.14 kilometer mark, you'll find a restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat or a drink to recharge before completing the journey.
