This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area around Furnacia, offering a moderate level of difficulty with a total distance of 6.735 kilometers and an elevation gain of 312 meters. Be sure to plan for a duration of approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes.
As you start your journey, you will come across the Furnacia parking area near the trail. Further along the path, at about 0.68 kilometers from the start, you'll find an information point where you can learn more about the surroundings. Continuing on, at 0.98 kilometers from the start, there is a historic wayside cross to admire.
Around 2.61 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a bench to rest and take in the scenery. As you progress, be sure to look out for another information point at 3.2 kilometers from the start to enhance your hiking experience.
At the turnaround point, around 3.37 kilometers from the start, you'll find various points of interest such as the XV wayside cross and the Col di Paternostri wayside cross. Additionally, there is a shelter and a viewpoint nearby for a well-deserved break before heading back.
