This hiking route takes you on a 7.3 km circular journey through the picturesque area surrounding the Burghütte. The trail offers a total elevation gain of 583 meters, making it a challenging yet rewarding hike for experienced hikers.
Starting at the parking area, you will begin your trek with informative landmarks along the way. About 1.78 km into the hike, you will come across an information point, followed by another one at the 2 km mark. These spots offer insights into the area's history and wildlife, adding depth to your hiking experience.
As you continue along the trail, at about 3.42 km, you will find the Burghütte Alpine Hut. This is a great spot to take a break, refuel, and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The hut offers contact information and a website for further inquiries.
