Welcome to the hiking route to Mesolina peak!

Mesolina peak is located in a beautiful area with stunning mountain views. The trail is 6.037 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 530 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike. It is an out-and-back route, starting at Passo Fedaia.

As you start your hike, you will come across a water source just 150 meters off the trail. It's always a good idea to refill your water bottles before continuing. After a short distance, at 0.01 kilometers from the start, you will find Rifugio Fedaia, a restaurant and alpine hut where you can grab a bite to eat or stay overnight.

Continuing on, at 1.79 kilometers from the start, you will reach Rifugio Padon, another alpine hut open from June 1 to September 30. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Further along the trail, at 2.31 kilometers from the start, you will come across an attraction called Kanone, adding some historical interest to your hike.

For the more adventurous hikers, at 2.88 kilometers from the start, there is Via ferrata delle trincee, a thrilling via ferrata route to challenge yourself. Make sure to have the necessary gear and experience before attempting this section.

As you approach the peak at 3.02 kilometers from the start, you will find Mesolina, a beautiful peak offering panoramic views of the area. Take your time to soak in the scenery before heading back.
