Welcome to the hiking route to Oindolar! This moderate 5.823-kilometer out-and-back trail offers stunning views and archaeological sites along the way.

Your journey begins at the trailhead, where you will find the Txertota restaurant just 0.08 kilometers from the start. Feel free to grab a delicious meal before you set off. As you venture further, you'll come across the parking area just at the beginning of the trail.

At the 1.2-kilometer mark, you will encounter the peak known as Lasturmendi, although it is slightly off the trail. The Dolmen Oindolar I, II, and III archaeological sites are located at the 2.84-kilometer mark, offering a glimpse into the area's historic past. Additionally, there are informational points along the way, such as the Belabietako estazio magalitikoa at 2.3 kilometers and various viewpoints for you to enjoy.

Towards the end of the trail, at the 2.91-kilometer mark, you will find the Dolmen Oindolar IV and the Oindolar peak. These points provide a perfect opportunity to take in the breathtaking scenery before you head back.

With an elevation gain of 236.0 meters, this hike offers a moderate challenge suitable for hikers of various skill levels. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear sturdy hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
