This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and challenging terrain. The trail is 12.036 kilometers long and has an elevation gain of 210 meters, making it extremely difficult but rewarding for experienced hikers.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by the Refugio Barricata alpine hut just 0.03 kilometers into the hike. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings. As you continue on, you will come across a wayside shrine at 0.07 kilometers, adding a touch of history to your journey.

Along the way, you will encounter several water sources for refilling your bottles, with the closest one being at 0.26 kilometers from the start. Make sure to stay hydrated throughout the hike. Additionally, there are parking areas available at various points along the trail for your convenience.

At 4.14 kilometers, you'll find a memorial called Lapide, where you can pause to pay your respects. Further along the trail, at 4.32 kilometers, there is an information point providing insights about the area and its landmarks.

As you reach the midway point at 6.018 kilometers, you can visit the Fontana di Busa Scura spring to quench your thirst and take a breather. Further ahead, at 10.71 kilometers, you'll encounter a monument known as Cippo n. 6, adding a cultural touch to your hike.

Near the end of the trail, you'll find another parking area at 11.996 kilometers, making it convenient for you to conclude your journey.
