This challenging hiking route will take you to the stunning Piz Lat in the beautiful area. The trail covers a distance of 9.112 kilometers and includes an elevation gain of 788 meters, making it a difficult trek that will test your endurance.
As you begin your journey, you'll come across the Reschner Alm restaurant, where you can grab a bite to eat before starting your ascent. About 4.56 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the peak of Piz Lat, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Along the way, you'll also encounter a wayside cross at 4.29 kilometers into the hike, a drinking water station at 1.23 kilometers, and the Wetterkreuz wayside cross at 1.94 kilometers. Make sure to stay hydrated and refuel at these points to keep your energy up for the remainder of the journey.
For convenience, there is a parking lot at the Reschenalm for you to leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. Additionally, a spring at 1.92 kilometers and another wayside cross at 0.09 kilometers provide refreshing stops as you make your way back.
