This extremely difficult 16.89 kilometers out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning al lago del Forame area. The trail features an elevation gain of 1104 meters and is estimated to take about 6 hours and 40 minutes to complete.

As you begin your journey, you will come across the Bivacco di Malga Nuova shelter, located 0.84 kilometers from the start, providing a resting spot. Continuing on, at the same distance mark, you will find drinking water available at 281481911.

Around 3.61 kilometers into the hike, you will come across another drinking water point at 281481914, although slightly off the trail. Make sure to fill up your bottles as this is the mid-point of the trail. Moving forward, at 4.65 kilometers, you will reach the Forcella Di Val Moena saddle point, offering stunning views of the surroundings.

Approximately 7.11 kilometers into the hike, you will find the shelter at 718832760 and a rock formation at 1046324457. Further along at 7.77 kilometers, there is an information point at 4200027808 for some added insight into the area.

As you reach the 8.42-kilometer mark, you will encounter a wayside cross at 4200027805 and a bench at 4200027806 to take a breather. Additionally, at 8.45 kilometers, there is another rock formation at 6749458897 to admire.
