This challenging out-and-back hike in the Argens area covers a distance of approximately 10.4 kilometers with an elevation gain of 268 meters. The total duration of the hike is around 3 hours and 4 minutes.

Starting at the trailhead, you will find convenient parking just 7.5 meters away. As you venture along the trail, you will encounter various points of interest. At just 50 meters from the start, you will come across a beautiful water spot. Further along, at 0.46 kilometers, you will find the entrance to the Grottes d'Argens, a natural cave formation worth exploring. Nearby, at 0.05 kilometers, you can also visit the Bleu d'Argens farm for a unique experience.

Midway through the hike, around the 5.2-kilometer mark, you will reach a peak with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. As you continue, at 1.9 kilometers, you will find La Coulette, an information point where you can learn more about the area. Finally, at the end of the trail, 0.19 kilometers from the start, you will reach the destination of Argens.
