This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Böhmische Dianawand. The trail is a super easy out-and-back route with a total distance of 1.93 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.
As you start your hike, you'll come across a convenient parking area just 12.79 meters away from the trail. About 0.26 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a water feature, perfect for replenishing your water supply. Further along the trail at 0.35 kilometers, you'll encounter the historic Karlsfried castle, followed by the Burgruine Karlsfried information point at 0.04 kilometers.
For a relaxing break, there is a picnic site and shelter located 0.26 kilometers into the hike. As you continue, you'll pass by various climbing peaks such as Heideturm and Sächsische Dianawand, both around 0.21 kilometers and 0.97 kilometers from the start, respectively.
For nature and history enthusiasts, there are several viewpoints and historic sites along the trail, including the Fuchskanzel viewpoint at 0.64 kilometers and the boundary stone at 0.62 kilometers.
