Welcome to the hiking route to Le Chapotet! This challenging out-and-back trail covers a distance of 8.007 kilometers with an elevation gain of 708 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike for those seeking a good workout and beautiful views.

Starting at Parking de Prodin, you will begin your journey and pass by the Chapelle de Prodin, a historic wayside shrine located right at the beginning of the trail. As you continue on, you will come across Les Lanches 1514, a tourism information center close to the start of the route.

Along the way, you will find several natural water sources for refilling your water bottles, with the closest one being at 3.61 kilometers from the start. Be sure to stay hydrated throughout the hike as the trail can be challenging due to its length and elevation gain.

Midway through the hike, you will reach Le Tétras-Lyre, another information point providing interesting insights about the area. Make sure to take some time to admire the scenery and rest before continuing on.

As you approach the endpoint, Le Chapotet, you will be rewarded with stunning panoramic views of the surroundings and the opportunity to explore the peak. Take your time to enjoy the beauty of nature before heading back the same way you came.
