This hiking route takes you to the stunning Aonach Eagach area. Known for its challenging terrain and breathtaking views, this route is perfect for experienced hikers looking for a thrilling adventure.

Starting at the Victoria Bridge Car Park, you will begin your journey towards Aonach Eagach. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across a picturesque water feature approximately 1.63 kilometers from the start, providing a serene spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Midway through the route, you will encounter another water feature, offering a refreshing stop before continuing on your hike. Along the way, you may also come across an information point where you can learn more about the area and its wildlife.

The highlight of the hike is reaching the Aonach Eagach peak, approximately 6.8 kilometers from the starting point. The challenging terrain and steep elevation gain of 816 meters make this part of the hike extremely difficult, but the panoramic views from the peak make it all worthwhile.
