This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route takes you through the picturesque area of Urtid-Istid-Nutid. The trail spans a distance of 14.23 kilometers with an elevation gain of 101.0 meters, making it a challenging yet rewarding trek for experienced hikers.

As you begin your journey, you'll come across several points of interest along the way. Approximately 2.66 kilometers from the start, you'll find a convenient parking area. Further along the trail at around 4.22 kilometers, there is another parking area available for hikers. Around the 5.36 kilometer mark, there is parking available at Porsvägen.

Hikers will also pass by Norrvikens grill & take away, a perfect spot to grab some sustenance around the 1.73 kilometer mark. For those looking to enjoy some beach time, there is a beach located approximately 1.15 kilometers from the start of the trail.

Additionally, there are several benches and BBQ spots along the trail for hikers to take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Climbing enthusiasts can explore Törnskogsklippan around the 4.89 kilometer mark for a unique experience.
