This challenging hiking route takes you through the scenic area surrounding Axpuru peak. The trail spans a total distance of 8.9 kilometers with an elevation gain of 502 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.

Starting at the parking area located right at the beginning of the trail, you will pass by a restaurant and a bar named Txomin just 0.03 kilometers from the start, where you can grab a bite to eat or a refreshing drink before continuing on your journey. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across the picturesque Axpuru peak, located 4.46 kilometers from the start. Take a moment to soak in the stunning views before beginning your descent back.

It is important to bring an ample water supply and snacks to keep you fueled throughout the hike, as well as to check the weather forecast before setting out. With a duration of approximately 3 hours and 19 minutes, this out-and-back route offers a challenging yet fulfilling hiking experience for outdoor enthusiasts.
